Gun Pistol Revolver 3D Artist Sculpted House key

I bought this for my husband as part of his bday/V-Day gift. We both LOVED how it looks and how durable it is. What I didn't like is to open the door the key has to be upside down because of how the key portion was cut. My husband actually likes it better that way, but to me it took a bit of appeal away from it. You don't point a gun at someone upside down, so to reach out and have to remember to insert it upside down seems ridiculous. Other than that one thing (that my husband likes, which is really all that mattered) was that stuck between the sticker and the plastic it came in was a disgusting pubic hair!! When I saw that I immediately contacted Amazon and was refunded $2.00. Which was a total shock, and made it less traumatic. I mean it's a $10 key, the least someone could do was make sure there were no pubes on it! Aside from these 2 factors I've mentioned, the key would've been 5 stars. Since my husband isn't the one reviewing this (who did not have to deal with the pubic hair or getting it cut to fit our key hole) I gave it 3 stars. The quality of the key is superb. Correction, in discussing this with my husband as I write this, he no longer likes the way it is cut. He will now be switching the door knob to suit it properly. lol Again the actual key is durable and very detailed. If you're getting a new door knob or your husband hasn't gotten around to getting his key redone (as in my case, his house key wasn't cut right and I can never tell which key is the house key on his key chain), this is a great little gift. I put it in a pop up origami box I handmade. Decorated and put a cut little note attached to it by the keyring hole. Put in tissue paper and also had cologne for him wrapped up all in a gift bag with some of his favorite candy bars. That was only one of the many gifts I gave him, it went over very well. At first I thought I was crazy for getting him a $10 key. Worth it!!

Ok, I love this key and bought it for my husband however, when I got it copied they cut it with the teeth up if you are holding the gun key. So now the key has to be put in upside down. I was wondering if this key has to be cut like that or did the guy who cut it did it wrong?.....In short be mindful of how your key is cut.

While the key itself is of good quality and is unique, I have a bit of buyer remorse for spending $10 on it. It is nice though, so it makes sense to pay for the quality.

I get complements on it all the time. Only thing I discovered is that you can't use it to make car keys, just keys with the certain grooves it already comes with.
