Dell J5566 Compatible Remanufactured Series 5 Standard Capacity Black Ink Cartridge

I've ordered two of these so far--and am about to order my third as soon as I write this review!--and have had practically no problems with them whatsoever. They're a great replacement for the ridiculously overpriced Dell print cartridges, and work great. My only complaint--and it's a tiny one--is that sometimes my print jobs don't seem as crisp, or bleed a little bit, but I honestly couldn't care less. I'm a full time college student on a very limited budget, and these work perfectly for what I need them for. Like the description and others have said, your printer won't recognize the cartridge as being new, but just ignore it. It's not a big deal. HUGE fan of these!!!

The customer service was great, I had some concerns about the first cartridge and I received an immediate response from the company. My questions were answered and the concern I had was taken care of immediately. So far, I am satisfied and would recommend this product to others.

This was the first time I have gotten remanufactured ink and even though my machine did recognize it ok and it works ok I was not happy that it is only 2/3 full. At least when I order through dell they are full.

It never worked, I could not accomplish printer alignment. I called the number given in case of a problem. I discussed the situation with the person. I was told to recycle the product and a new one would be sent. It's frustrating to wait for an item that is needed so much just for it to fail. Now I have to wait again.

Was a little wary at first of ordering non-standard ink so took the plunge with a minimal outlay for one cartrige.Product arrived on time, easy to install and looked exactly the same as the OEM version.Works fine although the software in the computer says that I still need to order ink but this is no biggie.Will order more black and color cartriges from this vendor in the future.

I installed black and its working great.Printer does not recognise it and says its out of ink but just click and off you go. Would order again for sure. Great price.

Decided to purchase this item because it is so much cheaper than a Dell ink cartridge... well, there is a reason for this. I used it once and it printed fine but a few days later I went back to print something and nothing printed. I actually thought that maybe something was wrong with my printer. I went out and bought a ink cartridge from Dell and my print works just fine. It is the remanufactured ink cartridge that is junk. I read the reviews and thought I to would try this but don't waste your money. This cartridge is not worth the money you will save. I thought it would and have now learned from my mistake.
