I gave this to my son for his new apartment and he really likes it. He said it works really well ( I’m surprised he cleans!).

Great for furnitire, upholstery, carpet, hardwood floors and hard to reach places. I can basically used this for anything and it will work.

Great for ceilings and under beds!

it worked great until suddenly died -motor won't start

I had a... let's just say vermin issue, and I wanted to make sure I had a vacuum with good suction and a secure bag. I went to a vacuum cleaner store in Lincoln Park here in Chicago, thinking I'd buy a Miele. But for the money and power, I went with the Simplicity. It was significantly less expensive and still had great suction power. Plus, the Brio has a huge bag -- especially important if you have big messes or pets. Happy ending to the story: this vacuum got things all cleaned up and securely into the bag and I'll have this thing for... well, I'll be passing it down to future generations.

I dislike the fact that it is so heavy and difficult to move between rooms. It is awkward and needs to be streamlined for ease of use.

Purchased & shipped from Simplicity so verification is lost; does a great job in lots of space like a garage, but is bulky to maneuver; lacks any cord reel or cord accommodation for its 40’ long 16g.cord. Lies flat like a flying saucer with no ability to stand it up on wheels for storage.Recommend it? Yes for a garage or home workshop, but NOT for general household use.

Love this vacuum. Super quiet on low and not to loud on high. Huge cord but as mentioned would be better with word rewind or even a cord storage solution. Great power especially if pared with a turbo for low pile carpets. If you have low pile carpets and area rugs with hardwood this is great
