Product is great. I typically use MCT oil & butter in my coffee for the great benefits of high quality fats and it's great steady stream of energy and keeps me satiated until lunch time. Since I've bought this, I've taken a few when I haven't had time to make my butter coffee in the morning and is worked just as well. I actually like my coffee better black, so I think I'm going to just move to taking a few of these each morning and then enjoying my coffee without the butter. I also found these are much easier to travel with then a container of mct oil, which has left me with a mess in the past. I play with intermittent fasting as well as getting by body into ketosis and typically find many benefits to a higher fat diet and having these on hand for easier consumption then the liquid oil has opened up a bunch of good uses for me. Great product, I'll definitely have to restock when I run out

For a couple of years I was an avid consumer of Bulletproof Coffee. I just wish the pills were smaller. Although big, they are easy to go down. Other than that, they serve the purpose.
