Amazon first told me to throw the item out and I would receive a full refund. A couple days later I was told I had to return the item to the seller for a refund. How do I return something Amazon told me to throw away? They refuse any more communication with me. Here is the email I received when I questioned "Why didn't this come in a box? Where are the instructions? Why didn't I receive any normally received paperwork that should have been enclosed? How do I know this is new?""this is no double loom, we created it by taking loom boards from original rainbow loom kits and put them together. It won't fit in the original loom package and we haven't got time to design a new package. I am happy for you if you can find rainbow loom kits that are cheaper than ours. Chances are my boss gonna fly to IL tonight and buy them all, because for the last 2 weeks the price of rainbow loom more than doubled in tri-state area. It sells at 24.99 on Toywiz.com, 26-30 on Amazon.com, and we are buying at 20 a piece from our suppliers. So I suggest you to buy 2 kits at Michael's, copy what we did and then send back the package. We will give you a full refund after receiving it and making sure it was not damaged. Thanks"This was going to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. All I received was a plastic thing in bubble wrap. It is back to the brick and mortar stores for me so I can see what I am getting for my money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it! *by J***R on July 31, 2014* This is an awesome product, will buy this again ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ my daughters love this. they spend hours making stuff *by C***Y on January 12, 2016* my daughters love this. they spend hours making stuff. they see youtube videos and then make them on this loom --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/42041940-twistz-bandz-loose-double-rainbow-loom-advanced-users](https://www.desertcart.be/products/42041940-twistz-bandz-loose-double-rainbow-loom-advanced-users) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
