Had an issue with the item I received to which the seller quickly resolved. Steps is well made. We recently changed our flooring from carpet to wood and placed bed lifters to raise our bed about 3 in higher to allow more storage underneath. Downside is my 40 lb American Eskimo now struggles to get on the bed which is now 32 in high. It's a pity to watch him slide off the floor trying to jump on the bed. Afraid he will develop a spine or hip problem we got this steps. He quickly got the hang of using it in just one day. He's now happy and of course my husband and I too. Only reason for one star in this review is the steps slant downwards and not level as it should be so my dog can ease in going down the steps. As it is, momentum pulls him down because of the slant so it seems like someone is pushing him down the steps. Attaching a vid clip of my dog using the steps. I also affixed a furniture protector (felt pad I bought from Amazon) on the base of the steps for stability since the steps although heavy and sturdy may slide off the wood flooring.I also don't put the steps all the way to the bed. I leave about a 4 in gap so it won't be too steep for my dog to get off from the last step climbing to the bed and first step climbing down. If your dog is smaller and your bed is not as high as mine then maybe you can make the gap narrower or even won't have to leave a gap.

This is the BEST for loading my 85 lb lab into the seat of my pickup truck! I store it behind the seat and pull it out for him to get in. He is 8 and started having issues with jumping so I jumped on a great alternative to a ramp. It's not too heavy and folds up enough to fit behind the seat in my extended cab.

I bought these steps for my Landseer Newfoundland who is 11. She weights 120 lbs, but the first time she stepped on them to climb onto the bed, immediately I heard a snap and discovered the dowels in the leg support had snapped. This is no exaggeration, on the first time she used them! The steps were said to support up to 175 lbs, so I thought for support her weight with no problem, but this wasn't the case. Due to a very busy life, I procrastinated returning the steps, so I missed the return window. Live and learn. I did fix the support rod to the steps myself, but unfortunately, when it broke, it scared my pup and she will not use them now. These are not made very well and aren't very sturdy. I went ahead and make a set of steps for my pup myself.

Love it so far! Got it to help my dogs get in and out of my RAV4, I’ve tried a few other stairs and ramps before, this is the first one that seems to work.

Unfortunately the steps were delivered to me damaged. Even if they weren't damaged the steps are way too narrow & the risers are too short for my Golden Retriever. The product is atttractive and more suitable for small dogs even tho the ad says it's suitable for large dogs as well...not!

Extremely solid. Great quality. A bit steep if you have an older/larger dog but ideal for the smaller dogs that can't jump up on the bed by themselves.That said, this product can easily accommodate the weight of any size dog.

This works perfectly! We have short dogs and a motor home. The steps fold up and tuck away, but at night the pups can get up on the bed easily! LOVE these steps.

We adopted a black lab who loves human food and struggles to get in the car and on the bed. I purchased the step for her because she clearly struggled to get on a surface with any height. It is sturdy enough for her 94 lbs and she no longer hesitates to use them. She is more active now and has a better diet, but it clearly more comfortable for her than jumping.
