The media could not be loaded.  I had a Christmas bell up at the door before I ordered this. I could not hear the Christmas bell on the outside so I purchased the OFTUZ. The electronic inside bell works great but the outside bell is only sensitive in a small area of the square so my dog hits it only some of the time. I think she will begin to get it right more often as time goes by. I am giving it 5 stars even though the outside bell is a little off. I wish it came in black but I can live with the white. To facilitate training, squirt some cheese on the bell. Your dog will learn it faster and once she realizes the bell will open the door...well...you will see you have created a "monster." (For the good, of course.) My Westie is 4 months old in the video. So start your training early!

So I ordered this thing because I thought it would be nice to know when my doggies wanted in from the back yard. Living room is in front of house, and they were resorting to barking cuz I couldn't here them "scratching" the storm door.It arrived, stuck it on the bottom corner of the storm door and WOW, it works great !!Henry, my 7 yr old Beagle picked it up in less than a day, and Charley my Dachshund followed suit like it was nothing.In less than two weeks, Henry gets impatient like a salesman and rings it again in less than a minute. Now that's funny.EXCELLENT PRODUCT !!!

Exactly what i was looking for......still trying to get the little guy to touch with his nose. Have not needed to change battery but read one of the reviews with low rating. As far as changing the batery; there is a ruber seal around unit and goes in around an internal hook towards one of the ends. At that point, if you place the screw driver there and twist, it opens right up.

We had to return the first one we ordered because the larger transmitter wouldn't transmit from outside, which is what we ordered it for. We thought we had a lemon. Well, now we've had two lemons. In the replacement kit we ordered, the larger transmitter didn't even work from inside. Pity, since the smaller transmitter and the bell worked well, but we wanted the larger transmitter for our dog to let us know when she wants to come in. I've printed my return shipping label and ordered Mighty Paw Smart Bell 2.0, Dog Potty Communication Doorbell, Super-light Press Button Doorbell (1 Activator, White), which gets 4.5 stars with 79 reviews.

I love it. Works very good (sometimes 2 or 3 bells come out of one press though) but dog adapted quick to it. We had a manual bell first but dog distroyed it by hitting with his paw to hard.We first put this one vertical but do had trouble to figure it out, so we put it on the floor for her to just tab on it which works much better. This one is specialy nice to have two bells (one for outdoor use) which can eing with different sound. We use the small one infoor for potty and the other one for coming back in. However only the small one is being used.

Easy to install and operate, for me! My dog is not the brightest, but I placed the touchpad where she normally was scratching at the door, and now she bumps it with her paw and makes it ring. She doesn’t understand how to use the one inside to GO OUTSIDE. She just thinks it’s an extra step I take... “Human puts my collar on, human takes my nose (or paw) and smooshes it on button, bell rings, human finally opens door.” Lol

Still training puppy on using it, but very easy to install, except I had to use my own philipps head mini screwdriver, the flat head one included did not open the screws on the back. The batteries (included) need to be exposed to remove the paper on the contacts. They are unusual small 12V23A battries, which will need to be ordered when they wear out.

Trying to potty train a puppy so I hope this helps. It was a little difficult to pair the receiver and transmitter but I did get it paired it just took several attempts. Haven’t had it but a few days so hopefully it will continue working.
