The panel should be pushing at least 18 to 22 volts checking with a meter at the leads. If you don't get that return it. When connected to a controller it should display 14 to 16 v with about 3 to 5 amps input at least. Has worked well on bright days. While not pointing it directly towards the sun (which would be optimal) as it's fitted to a van roof with magnets it has managed to pull in 60-70 watts which is fast charging enough to cover my daytime usage of the Bluetti plus top it up a little which means I can stay powered off-grid for longer.It's lightweight but well built. The panel flexes a lot while I twist it to remove the strong magnets holding it to my roof but it suffers no damage.
