They begin to fail at about the 3 year mark.
Have 3 dozens of these in my house. All were put in at the same time during a remodel. It's now been about 3 years and almost 1/3 of them have failed. They start blinking like strobe lights. Awfully annoying.

Unusually long turn on delay but otherwise functional
5 minute install. A little whiter than I was expecting, bright. The biggest downside is the long turn on delay. I wish someone else had noted this in their reviews since I try to read the reviews before I purchase.

Disappointed and not cheap
Not happy 2 months and one of the two already quit.However called Sylvania customer service and because there is a 3 year warranty another bulb is being mailed free of charge.They wanted the barcode from the box.

Not bright white yellowish
These are not as nice as the previous model. Plastic and build is cheaper and they are not bright white. They are a little yellow not true white like the old 3000K were.

Supposed to last at least ten years if on for ...
Supposed to last at least ten years if on for three hours a day, every day of the year. These didn't even make it three, and they are in our walk-in closet. I assure you that they are not on there hours a day every day.

Easy to install
Easy to install and a perfect fit! Bought it to replace a couple of old style potlight trim that was open. Energy audit review recommended retrofit led to help prevent warm air escaping to the attic. Does the job and definitely recommend. Good value for package of two.

Easy to replace
really easy to replace old bulbs and looks alot newer.

I ended up returning them.
I wanted to like these but they just didn’t fit right. I’ve purchase a different brand before and they are wonderful. These ones didn’t fit flush to the ceiling and these is no way for adjustments - unlike the other brand I previously purchased. I returned these.
