I never really expected this to work. But I went ahead and ordered it anyway. I am on my second bottle now. I am the manager of a school bus division and a big part of my job is dealing with parents.....a good many of whom are extremely irate when they call me. Not to mention the school bus drivers who come complaining about one thing or another. Plus it is my job to set up bus runs, figure out how to fix overcrowding issues......and be in daily contact with all of the schools in our district to hope and pray that each day goes smoothly. Some days are way better than others. Being the start of a new school year this week, it has really shown me how effective this product is. I am so much calmer than I was last year. Thank you so much for making these stress relief pills. I will continue to purchase them and to recommend them to others as I have already done.

It's extremely tough to review this type of product after a few days. As with any herbal-based concoction, it takes a little while for the effects to show up, and they tend to be more subtle than with prescription pharmaceuticals. That doesn't mean this product is less effective; it simply doesn't pack a punch and doesn't convey the often-nasty side effects of prescription meds.This specific mix worked pretty well for me over the first few days of use, and I had no problem swallowing the tablets. I actually prefer tablets to capsules, which made this option from BayBerg an especially good choice for me. If you have problems swallowing pills, I imagine you could pulverize these and mix in water. The taste is mild.I'm glad I found the Anti Stress Supplement. I've got it bookmarked and may be back for refills, depending on how it goes.

I have to say with the B vitamins it helps me with energy and stress. I don’t absorb it all(yellow urine) but Id have to say its helping. thank you for making it affordable.
