Perfect day pack for hiking.
Although I have not used the backpack yet I think it is perfect for our needs. It arrived on time and seems to be a great quality. I had one question and e-mailed the company. I received a response in just a few hours. I like that it only has one big main compartment. So many packs these days seem to be geared toward school needs and padding for laptop. This bag is obviously more suited to hiking which is what we wanted. There are straps for carrying hiking poles, jacket, and such. It fits very comfortably.

I actually did like it until the zipper to the main compartment broke ...
I really had high hopes for this product. And, I actually did like it until the zipper to the main compartment broke on the first day of my trip. This was inconvenient and frustrating as it was the only bag I took. I packed much less as compared to one of the advertising photos, meaning I still had room left. Sadly, I opted to get a refund than to replace the bag. I did examine the zippers closely. The zippers are small and thin and I would say that a person would have to be cautious when packing. I only packed clothes and a few toiletries, so I truly don't believe books, computers or other heavier items would work in this bag. Too bad because it is good looking.

I recommend the company to redesign the zippers with different materials ...
I've had this backpack for almost two months. Its capacity is smaller than expected, but adequate. The shoulder straps are already thin and weak. The two main compartment zippers were so flimsy and poorly constructed it's very difficult to open the zippers and close them because the yellow material snags the zipper making it a challenge to open and close and is extremely inconvenient every day. I recommend the company to redesign the zippers with different materials or if they stay, customers should expect this problem sooner than usual.
