Excellent lunch bag. Seems well made, heavy duty with what seems like 3 good quality, strong Velcro attachment points (2 for the lid, 1 for the strap end). Purchased as better alternative to PackIt, which fails with weak, poor quality Velcro attachment points. Otherwise, similar but better than PackIt. Enclosed soft ice packs work OK, but I use it along with a couple of Cool Pack, Slim Long-Lasting Ice Packs, and it says cold all day. This is a pretty large bag though. Wish they had a smaller version! I'd order that too.

I bought this lunchbox because I thought it would be as good as my PackIt one, and I was wrong. Even though the dimensions are the same, there’s less space in this one compared to the PackIt brand. In addition, the inside sweats (PackIt brand does not). I put a napkin in it to take to work and my napkin was soaked. As far as staying cold, PackIt one still beats it. It works okay but is poor quality compared to my original PackIt brand freezable lunch box and I would not purchase again.

Skeptical at first but i've been keeping my lunches out on my desk at work (office fridge is always too full/cramped/dirty) and my food is still cold 6-8 hrs later without needing any ice paks or anything. The velcro strap on the front you see only has a small patch of velcro at the end which means you can only close it in one position. If they had extended the soft velcro along more of the bag, you could close the lid in a variety of positions but it's not a huge deal. The lining on the inside also seems pretty thin so i've been careful not to put anything sharp inside. Overall very happy with my purchase and plan on getting another one for my wife.

My kids fight over this one. Everyone in my family takes box lunches, especially during COVID. This is the lunchbox they all fight over. It was a gift for my daughter and when her Dad "borrowed" it, she was not happy. We keep two or three of them in the freezer and everyone wants this one. The color, the fact that the velcro stays closed, the freezer quality. Everything about this one is better than all the others. We have given away several others after having this one for a few months now because it's clear this one is working out. Well worth the price.

This was the second time I purchased this product. My daughter's caregiver was so impressed when she used it for my daughter's lunches because not only did it break down for storage but it can go into the freezer in order for the interior to grow very cold long enough to last from the early hours until lunchtime. It is a great product.

I like the size of the bag but it limits the size Tupperware I can carry in it. Make sure you look at the dimensions when ordering. The gel packs in the bag stay cold for about 6 hours in an air conditioned building. Not bad for the price. Wish the bag stayed cold longer though.

At first I totally loved this because I am outside all day every day so it was nice to come back to a cold lunch. BUT after two months, the gel started to leak from the seems, I had to throw it away because I was told that gel can be toxic, and my food goes in there...

Love this! Send lunch with my husband to work in it daily. Keeps everything fresh and when he’s done he rolls it up and sticks it in his bag. Good quality, great product
