Buy them for the awesome plastic containers.
The foam is nice and soft, but by my experience, you *really* need a flared base in order to get effective noise blocking. If you want an ear plug to mute sound *only a bit* without going too far, such as at a noisy work environment where you will still need to know if the phone is ringing, then these might be just fine. But if you are looking for something to *really* block noise so you can sleep or something, then you should probably go for the Howard Leight MAX brand.Truth be told, I already knew this before, but the little containers that come with this are PERFECT for anyone needing to carry earplugs around so that's why I bought these.

Two sets of great little ear plugs
Product was exactly as described. Two sets of great little ear plugs. I have trouble using silicone plugs and find this style far more comfortable and noise-canceling. I've tried out one of the two pairs and they are nice, soft, flexible, and do their job perfectly! I like that each pair has a separate carrying case also, which makes things nice and easy for traveling.

Love these ear plugs
OUTSTANDING!! Love these ear plugs! My roommate is super loud at night and I put these in and can go right to sleep. If you need standard ear plugs these are great!

These are great for sleeping next to someone who snores..
They work really well for what I bought them for. I went to a convention with about 15 friends and I barely heard anything with these on while I slept. They were perfect for even the loudest snoring of one of my roommates. Definitely a must have to drown out noise for a good night's rest.
