DIR 50% UV Shade Cloth Black Premium Mesh Shadecloth Sunblock Shade Top Quality Panel 20ft x 24ft

This is our second purchase of the sun cloth. We have an enclosed garden, almost a necessity in our high desert climate. We used stretchy ball bungee cords as fasteners and left two feet open on either side for pollination and direct sun in the morning. Works great! Our only regret was we didn't take the cloth down after the growing season. With our winter winds, it snagged on a rough spot and eventually, a hole opened up. It continued to grow until we had to replace the cloth. We used it for two years through 60 mph winds and temps up to 110 degrees. We have fixed the rough spot and have switched to sturdier hooked bungee cords to reduce movement and make it easier to take down. We think this will extend the life span of the cloth.

I bought a black and green, both work awesome. I can not estimate the lenth of life, mine are still working well after 5 months. this black I have double over and use it, and I can still see through fairly well, which is what I want, while ovbious blocking the sun. The green one, at 70% I can not see throug at all, so I used it in an area i wanted NO see through, yet it gives off a pleasant green glow.

Works great but unless you use some kind of bungie cord the eyes may pull out the bungie cord seams to be the way to go

Bought this to protect my plants from the brutal sun. Also protected by neighbors eyes from the type of plants I was growing.

We used it to protect chicks from the Texas sun. It still after 2-3 years is intact with our high winds and UV. Probably one of my best buys on amazon. I would buy it again but I don't need to since it will last another 5 years.

What a piece of junk. Got it out of the bag, laid it out on the arbor to bungee cord it down and it's already got a 2-foot rip right out of the package. I might as well put up toilet paper this thing is so flimsy.

I put this up on my back patio above the sliding glass door. I happen to have a fence about 8 feet out from there so I attached it to that. This keeps my patio and house so so so much cooler in these hot summer days!!

Wished the product kept out more sunlight. It is as advertised but I might go darker next time.
