Laughable. Do not trust seller's paid reviews.
Laughable. These pads barely insulate your hands from hot objects at all! Upon first use I removed a pan from a 350 degree oven, and within seconds my hand was nearly burned.Take these "not so hot" pads off the market before you get sued.Edit: A report from reviewmeta.com shows that 14 of the 17 reviewers at the time of this writing were unverified purchases. The unverified purchasers have rated this product an average of 4.9 while the verified purchasers have rated this product an average of 2.3. The seller is paying for reviews. DO NOT BUY!

Love The Purple
One of the main reasons I chose this set of mittens was the purple color. The other reason was the cost. Great buy. When I received them, I was happily surprised on how thick they were & how far up my arms these mittens went. Very heat resistant & well made. I will probably purchase another pair in the near future.

Pot holders for the win!
Great pot holders! These are comfortable, attractive and practical...what else could you want? They work well for the most part, after holding a hot dish for a bit, you can feel the heat start to come through the glove. But, they work great for most uses. My only problem is that they seem a bit big for me.

Excellent purchase & cute too!
The first set of gloves that I can use to take my Broiler out of the oven without burning my hands in a very long time. I do still feel some heat from the glove, but after a set where I burned my hands every time I use them, this is a huge bonus. Really happy with them would buy them again and would gift them because they are cute & easy to clean.

Perfect look and no more burns!
I do a lot of cooking and baking, so I really needed a pair of over mitts that would handle high temps. These are perfect. Never get hot, and match my decor. Other mitts I've owned only handle heat for a few moments, but these you could hold something from your oven for quite awhile and never get burned.

They're ok, don't hold hot item for too long
These are big and nice. I thought it would block out heat to be able to hold a hot cookie tray or pan. Nope. Good enough to pick up and place down right away. You can't hold anything really hot for too long. They'll serve the purpose I need them for as long as I move quickly.

Not that heat resistant
These look nice but don't resist the heat as advertised. I was looking for an inexpensive replacement for some truly heat resistant mitts. Next time I won't scrimp.
