This is very delicious and very sweet. When you open the can it looks a bit weird and unpleasant as the ingredients such as the water and cream would naturally separate, but when you mix it with a spoon for a couple of minutes they will combine and all will be fine. This is simply condensed cream made from coconut and it contains quite a lot of sugar, so unless you are hosting a large party and have so many drink orders, I would highly advise using only a small amount of the contents for one drink and mixing it well with other ingredients. It is perfect for making good cocktails or mocktails such as Pina Coladas or Mai Tai together with their non alcoholic alternatives, (note that this can contains no alcohol, so it is safe for kids too). If you are not making drinks, this item is also very useful to make good cakes or various desserts out of, when you look up the recipes online or in books.
