Perfect for baking.

Great for No-Bake in the Blasting Heat of Summer
The media could not be loaded. I use these to make no bake cakes. They are perfect in the summer when you really want a cake, but don't want to turn on the oven. I used these last year to make a 4th of July Flag Cake, and it was wonderful. This year, I was only able to find the round ones, and used those instead. I prefer the Oblatna Wafer sheets, though, because they are sturdy and stand up to whatever I put on them.I usually put Nutella, Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Rose preserve as fillings. This year, I got a little more creative and used a yogurt/sour cream spread and fresh fruits.There are just so many things you can do with these wafers, and because they are not very sweet, you can use them for savory dishes, too. Use your imagination and come up with great tortes!
