I ordered two of them. Originally I planned on just replacing the one on my grill, but liked the black look instead of the blue, so, I went ahead and changed out my tailgate too! The one on the grille is holding up just fine, but the one on the tailgate broke within two weeks of installing it. Luckily, I was able to find the faceplate and was able to re-glue it back on to the rest of the emblem that was still solidly glued to the tailgate. It doesn’t look as good as when I first put it on. I see others have had this same problem, I should have read the reviews. Would I buy this product again? Well, I am about 50/50 on answering this because one of the two I bought still seems to be fine... I check it everyday but shouldn’t have to... so...Trying to contact the seller to resolve was of no success. I can’t say that I would purchase again, but can’t say I wouldn’t either... depends how much longer the front one lasts I guess.

The pegs on this emblem matched perfectly to the holes on my grill, and mine came with the bolts. It did not matter though, because I really used my old bolts. This emblem had a few slight blemishes, but you have to look really closely to see them. I am very satisfied with this emblem, and it looks great on my explorer. Be prepared to spend some time taking off your old emblem on a 2013 Ford Explorer. It took me about an hour to get to my old emblem to remove it. I highly recommend this product if you were looking to make your Ford more attractive. The picture of the emblem is of the back of the emblem, the one on top is the original one and the one on the bottom is this one.

Very disappointed. This is the 3rd emblem I have ordered from "Muzzy's". The first 2 had big scratches in the decals down to the plastic surface under the decal which, if installed, would have allowed water intrusion under the decal resulting in an early failure of the decal. The 3rd has scratches in the silver "chrome" outside the decal and some scratches in the decal but not all the way through the decal to the sub-surface that the first 2 did. Although I"m disappointed in it I'm keeping it because I'm tired of ordering and returning.This vendor definitely needs to work on improving the Quality Control and do a better job of inspecting products before shipping...

this badge looks great and was rather easy to install. The biggest problem with the installation was the removal of the old badge (if it is still on the car) and putting the new nuts back on the back of the badge. ( you have to reach through the grill to get to the back side of the new badge) however these problems aren't because of the badge but the car. The badge looks super sharp, and goes well with any color, but especially black.

The emblem shell is just hot glued on in a few dabs.. Fell off within days.. Had to gorilla glue it back on...

If I could give it 0 stars, it certainly deserves it. Cheap junk, face of the emblem that says ford on it fell off the FIRST time I drove the truck. I'm sure it's laying on the side of the road somewhere and lost forever or I would stick it back on. Now I'm gonna have to pry the back plate off my tailgate, clean up the glue residue AGAIN and find something of better quality to remount. Don't buy this, it's a waste of money!

For the price, I did not expect it to be open quality. Sadly it arrived with a small scratch, I touched it up and installed it. By the second day the glue holding it to the backing has started coming loose. Should have sent it back to start with.

It looks nice from a distance but if you get too close you can see the lack of quality as far as construction. On my 07 expedition the pins didn’t line up perfectly. The adhesive is super strong though and once it’s on you won’t be able to adjust.
