I should have heeded the warnings and not wasted money on this balloon. Not only did the balloon look milky instead of clear, but no matter how hard we tried to create static on the outside of the balloon, we could not get the confetti to stick to the sides. Also, after handling it (trying to make the confetti stuck), you could see fingerprints all over it. The finished product looked nothing like the ad so I would not recommend this.

These balloons are so cool. Definitely, this one was easier than the others because it included the confetti already inside. The confetti didn't really stay around the balloon all that much (and they give instructions on how to make it more static-y but I can't say we were very diligent about following them), but these definitely make a statement. We did a couple with smaller amounts of helium so they wouldn't fly away, but instead, the kids could play with them. They were a hit!! I would buy them again.

wasn't as expected per the picture the balloon should have been clear but it was a white frosty look and you will need a device to put the confetti inside the balloon. not a great buy

These are super cute. Not their fault but arrived after the party they were bought for. I have since used them & other balloons I bought for nieces & nephews birthdays.

Those little colorful "confetti" pieces you see in the stock photo are just pieces of tissue paper that clump together in a ball when you blow it up.

I bought this as a special balloon for my daughter's birthday party. My husband took it to the store to have it filled right before her party. They filled it for him, to the appropriate size, and the balloon exploded as he was walking out of the store. Confetti went flying everywhere and it was a disaster. I am extremely disappointed with this product and would NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone.
