The item is great for keeping the ring from turning as much as it did prior to placing the ring noodle on it, cut down the turning about 80%. It was uncomfortable on my finger and the ring slid around anyways. I was only able to use one of the three since the others were too small. Eventually the one that I did use fell off the ring and was lost. In the past I used something that was called a ring guard that went inside the ring and stayed put. That is what I will look for not this plastic junk.
