DigiXstream Plus w/Keyboard Remote and Customer Support

DigiXstream DX4 Plus w/Keyboard Remote and Customer Support  I give this item a big 5 stars for the product and a thumbs down for customer service support. I had a 'no internet connection' problem. and spent 24 hours of conversations with dealer, router, and ISP provider trying to correct the problem only to stumble upon the security settings in the advanced tools. When security was reset the unit went back into operation. Product satisfaction 5 stars, customer service satisfaction 0 stars. Dealer never suggested checking these settings.

It's a good device. I have the previous version and this one is faster. My main complaint would be a few features on the main remote don't function as they should. And the box makes u reload from the off position if u leave HDMI to TV and come back. The old one allowed u to pause and leave HDMI and pick up where u left off without a reload when u returned from TV mode. The supplier made right quickly an issue I had with the initial purchase. However, this is entertainment as it's best.

My daughter has a Digixstream, so when she showed it to my husband and myself we thought it was a great new find. We decided to order one for ourselves at Christmas. We love it! It did take some playing around with it to get it figured out, which we pretty much did on our own, but then we got some extra help off of YouTube. The only real problem we had was getting the keyboard to work. A USB cord is included and after reading the directions we thought that was what it was talking about. It turns out there is a wifi USB adapter in the middle back compartment. We had to use a knife to get it off, but when we plugged in the adapter it worked perfectly. We weren't able to figure out how to solve the keyboard problem on our own, but fortunately Digixstream included an email address for questions/support when they sent us the product. We sent them an email and had an answer back within a hour. Now that is service!
