Digital Instant Read Cooking Meat Turkey Thermometer with Timer , 2 long probes

This is a great digital meat thermometer. I am glad that it came today for the Cubs game because I was able to use it on my steak tacos that I cooked on the grill. This meat thermometer allowed me to cook it perfect, medium rare. My friends loved that this thermometer is so easy to use. I will pick a couple more up for stocking stuffers!

This did not register the temperature correctly when the turkey was done. However, I will give it another chance since this is new technology to me. I ended up using my regular old thermometer. Next time I will try it on a boneless elk roast so there will be no chance of it touching a bone or being buried in fat.

Never gave me the meat temperature. Sadly I waited too long to try it so I couldn't return it.

This is a very good meat thermometer that could be excellent with some minor fixes.Likes:- Includes two temperature probes, the part that most often fails- Clear display, large numbers. It's very easy to read, especially with the momentary backlight.- Good alert volume- Fast response to temperature changes.Dislikes:- Temperature presets for meats are incorrect. As examples Chicken and Turkey alert at 174 F where they should alert at 165. Beef medium is 160 where it should be 145. The alert temperature is easy to change by holding down the SS button but this isn't remembered the next time you turn it on.- After you turn it on and set the temp, it defaults to silent. You have to remember to turn on the alert sound. Why would you want to set an alert temperature without an alert?It does have a touch screen but only to press the 3 buttons, not much different than having ordinary push buttons but it does make it easier to clean. With the caveats to set the correct temperature manually and activate the alarm I recommend it.

Just got this digital meat thermometer for grilling. I do a lot of slow cooking on my grill so the probe on the digital thermometer will be key as i will not have to take the lid of the grill off. I have not used the meat thermometer yet but the digital screen looks easy to use, and seems like thermometer is well constructed. Will provide update after i do some grilling.

Works OK. Doesnt reset time when you hold the 2 buttons as per instructions. Can't use it in a closed oven. Can't use timer and thermometer at same time. Other than that , it works fine.

This is an amazing product and an even better gift! I bought it for my boyfriend, who loves to Cook and Grill any chance he can. He (we) are so happy with this purchase. The Touchscreen display is super convenient and very accurate. It's great for someone like me who is constantly looking up the safe temperatures for meat products. I seriously can set it and forget it! Anything we've cooked using this has been cooked to perfection. I highly suggest this to anyone -- Beginners and Experienced cooks alike!

Spring in battery compartment broke while inserting batteries. Managed to manipulate it to stay temporarily. Threw thermometer away within a month. Poorly made
