I gave 3 stars because I really like the fact that it's small and hardly noticeable (if you have your hair covering it hat,) the sound quality is good except if you are talking to someone else who also has this product (I ordered 2 one for my spouse ) we can't talk on the phone while we both wear the earpiece, a piercing noise is heard in your ear. I wish they had different colors 🤔 and fix frequency then this product would be 5 STARS!!Review UPDATE: I am updating my review to 4 stars for customer service.....!!! the product was not what I expected because of the piercing noise in my ear when trying to talk to my spouse while he wore his. The seller did send me two replacement earbuds, but unfortunately It was the same result. I gave the seller another star due to their efforts, they refunded my for one of the earbuds I purchased and I could have insisted for refund for both but,I decided not to pursue. Hopefully through trial and error they will be able to perfect their product. Until then I am still searching for a good wireless bluetooth earbud.

Update: ‘My rating is back to 5stars’ First off... I would like to thank company for their awesome customer service. I have had 3 bad batches with this Bluetooth; not powering on and not charging. The company was kind enough to hear out my disappointment with product and actually sent me a 2nd Bluetooth at no charge. So far have not had any issues with my Bluetooth losing charge and not charging. Have had this item for about 3 months and no issues. Thanks again EZ generation.

I have purchased over 30 of these small ones. This one has the best functionality, sound and the person I speak with can actually hear me the clearest. They have not created technology where this is as clear as the larger ones yet, but compared to all the mini's, this one is the best one hands down.

I love my ear bud,, it was so much cheaper than buying from Verizon , not to mention a 5 week waiting time. UghSound is clear, easy charge time. Perfect for someone who has to keep one ear open for other things. The only negative is that it may seem a bit large,,, but not uncomfortable!!

It is perfect for listening to audiobooks while cycling or running; I still have one ear free to hear surrounding noise for the sake of safety. It stays in place in my ear perfectly, and the button on the ear bud itself makes it easy to quickly pause my book when surrounding noise warrants pausing.

This is a perfect accessory for listening to webinars, audiobooks and music while multi tasking. Great for conference calls and live videos 👌🏼

I'm using this mainly for work and I love it its so small is hardly noticeable great battery life and sound quality is good too

The size of this earbud is exactly what I searched for, the battery is durable for 6 hours; only the sound is not nothing special. The customer service is great !@

To be honest the first one I had didn't work properly so sent back. The company contacted me and offered a few one as they were so confident in their product. Am so glad they did as the new one worked perfectly. Great little headset. It isn't top of line sound but for the price and my ears it is great.

The following is a combined review of the MPOW, EZ Generation and VicTsing bluetooth earbuds. Mpow Bluetooth Earbuds Wireless [with 2 Magnetic Chargers] Driving Hands Free Calling Phone Earpiece Bluetooth 4.1 + EDR Mini Bluetooth Headset, In-ear Mobile Phone Car Handsfree Headset with Mic for iPhone Samsung LG Sony, etc (Carrying Case Included) EZ Generation Bluetooth Earbud,Smallest Mini Invisible V4.1 Wireless Bluetooth Headset Headphone Earphone with Mic Hands-Free Calls for iPhone Samsung LG HTC and Other Smartphones-Black( 1 Piece) Bluetooth Earbud, VicTsing Mini Bluetooth Earpiece Wireless Invisible Bluetooth Headset, In Ear Earphone Handsfree Noise Cancelling with Mic for iPhone, Samsung and other Android Smartphones All of these earbuds appear to be versions of the same device, with identical features and slightly irritating American/Chinese accented notifications but the shape of the casing, accompanying bits and pieces and quality of the components appear to differ. Also note that with my very small sample size it is impossible for me to say whether the quality differences are just my good/bad luck with the specific buds I ordered.The Bluetooth range for my VicTsing and EZ Generation earbuds is better than the MPOW (which is ok but still not brilliant) and most importantly the connection does not suffer from occasional break up over short distances like the MPOW.By my reckoning the sound quality is good for all ... better than the MPOW Cheetah for example, all fit into my ears very well, are comfortable, stays firmly in place and their small size makes them unobtrusive.The multi function button on the MPOW is flush with the casing and has a raised profile for the others. This makes the MPOW look and feel better in my opinion, but I have found the raised profile to be better when wearing gloves. All give a very responsive click, and I find the buttons easy to locate.With my ear shape the ideal positioning that is most comfortable, least protruding and with best access to the multi-function button is where the earbud speaker is positioned horizontally towards the front. The earbuds are asymetrical seem designed to fit into your right ear. t I have used all of them in my left ear without problem but I have seen reports that the mic works best in the right ear.There is no volume control or skip forward/backward buttons, but that's to be expected on a device this small, and you'll have to use your device for those functions. It is a trade off that I am happy with.The battery life seems to be as advertised with fairly heavy daily usage lasting a full day. To save the battery the earbud will switch itself off if it has been disconnected for a short time. Recharge seems fairly quick as well.You only get one earbud (some people expect 2)VicTsing and EZ Generation provide one USB charger adaptor and MPOW gives you 2 adapters so you can have one at home and one at work.The MPOW comes with a carry case, which I personally never use.MPOW and EZ Generation come with replacement rubber buds of differing sizes, while the VicTsing has none.All use a magnet to hold the earbud onto the charge adaptor which is neat,The Mic seems to pick up my voice surprisingly well when making calls but I have a fairly loud voice and I've not used it in noisy environments.The Bluetooth range of the EZ Generation and VicTsing earbuds is impressive for a device this size. They easily handle situations where you are in the same room and can usually pick it up in the next room. This is a HUGE improvement over the MPOW alternative which breaks up occasionally even when my device is in my top pocket.Unlike the MPOW and VicTsing rubber buds the EZ Generation rubber bud is not secured properly. Initially it only slips off occasionally but eventually it barely stays on and I lost all the buds provided. You can still use the earbud but the sound volume and quality suffers.All have a woman's voice for "Power on/off" and "Device connected/disconnected" messages. While the Chinese/American accent is not as bad as some devices I've come across (E.g. Brootoof connected") they have tried to give it a sexy inflection which just doesn't work for me. However I'm sure some people will like it and it isn't a major irritant.Although I eventually managed to get all the devices to pair with my Iphone 5s, it only seems to pair when held right next to the phone. This might be an issue with my phone, but I've not experienced this with any of my other devices other than these.The earbuds seems to take fractionally longer than other headsets I've used to action the multi-function button once it is pressed. I only notice it because I use the earbud for audio language learning and I pause/play continually and often find that runs on past where I want it to.The small size of the earbuds means that you have to be a little more aware of where you put them when they are not in use. I find myself constantly misplacing it ... either at the bottom of some pocket or other or hiding in plain sight ... and have lost a total of 2 so far. But I can't really fault the earbuds for my own lack of organisation,For me the VicTsing earbud comes out on top based on quality and price it does not come with any replacement buds. If you find yourself favouring larger buds for your current headsets you might want to choose the EZ Generation alternative.Next comes the EZ Generation. It has the same good quality as the VicTsing but is the most expensive and its poorly secured rubber bud is a real design flaw.Last of the bunch comes the MPOW because of its tendency to break up even at short distances. However ... rather bizarrely, until I lost it, I still find myself using the MPOW earbud in preference to the EZ Generation because I preferred the feel of the button. Go figure!
