You only need to take a fraction to get same effect compared to other brands 3. Pump can last as long as 5 hours after training (which is great if you are going out that night). 4. It's by far the best overall value when comparing to the competition 5. This product has produced more reps during training compared to not taking Bad= 1. If your blood pressure runs low, I don't advise taking because this can make you dizzy. 2. It's a niche workout supplement and wouldn't consider a necessity compared to like creatine or multi vitamins. Overall, I'm very impressed with this product, and if you love the pump, or hit a training plateau, then absolutely would recommend! For me, it's 5 stars, and on my second container now.
