This toy is great. The track is flexible so the cars drive on them easily. The cars work wonderfully and powerfully. The bright lights also give them a cool touch. My son loves this toy and honestly, so do I. I can sit there and watch them race on the tracks for quite some time as well.

Setup was easy I like how it can be adjusted smaller. My son love playing with it all the time with the bigger vehicle. It's not as fragile as it looks, I have owned this item for a while and it seems very durable. Somehow my son keeps stepping on it and it haven't break yet pretty sturdy. Great gift idea and affordable price.

PROS:- This is actually 2 toys in one. The first is a race track which is best in the figure-8 layout which utilizes the bridge. Unfortunately it's only one-lane so they shouldn't call it a race-track, thus it only includes ONE battery powered car which goes round and round. You can increase the fun by placing the construction debris in the way and watch the car push them off the track, lol. The secondary toys are the mini-construction trucks have to be used independently from the "racetrack" because trucks don't race, LoL.- The roadway play-mat is nice to play on too.- It comes in a illustrated box which is giftable.CONS:- None

This was one of my son's Christmas gifts and it was his favorite! I assembled everything the night before and he took it apart and recreated his own obstacles by himself. The car is cool and rolls around the track smoothly. Love everything about it!

Based upon previous reviews of this item, I decided to examine the contents of the box prior to wrapping for Christmas. I am so glad I did! The included directions say two AA batteries are required and not included. The battery compartment is difficult to access and actually requires two AAA batteries once you are inside. The screws to open the battery compartment are microscopic. I spend ten minutes in the garage scrounging for a Phillips head screwdriver small enough to fit the head of the screws. I finally get the screws out, insert the proper size batteries and flip the ON/OFF switch. The whole ON/OFF switch assembly collapses into the body of the car. I now have two choices. Return the whole thing to the seller in China two weeks before Chridtmas or try to fix it. I am a 60 year old grandmother and am close to the edge of my electronic abilities at this point, but I picture my grandson's disappointed face and I decide to trudge on. Five screws later, the whole disassembled car is laying on my kitchen counter. Be warned that when you pry the chassis off, the wires, lights, circuits and wheel axel explode out like zombies chasing Brad Pitt in World War Z. I find the ON/OFF assembly still hiding in the car body and fish it out. I force it back into its slot kicking and screaming, but it refuses to snap in. At this point, I realize I am in over my head, carefully place ALL the tiny pieces on a dinner tray and carry them into Grandpa, who is trying to relax in front of the TV. Ten minutes later, the car is reassembled and in a functional state again. The box is now wrapped and under the Christmas tree. I am not sure how long it will work. All things considered, I would not have purchased this particular product if I knew then what I know now. It would be a better item if the batteries were included installed and the car was quality built.Update: He loved it. The batteries lasted for 2 hours and the car was still operational when it was packed up to go home. Three year old fingers WERE able to snap the track pieces together. Everything ended up working out well. Just be prepared for some work going in with this product.

Super easy to assemble the track. We by-passed the bridge..this was a gift for 2 year old nephew and it was very easy for him to get right to playing with very little assembly help from me.

The track is fine so far, but many of the other pieces are breaking the first time they’re played with. Not a safe toy and I’ve already thrown away half of the pieces because they’re broken. It’s been played with for less than 2 days
