I bought this book to use keep notes about clients at work. I searched for a book with 6 sections but could only find 3,5 and 10. The way the dividers are positioned gives this book 6 sections which is exactly what I wanted. Dividers are sturdy. Pages are an off white. Useful that you can rip out pages in the book. Would buy it again.

Great size for daily use fits in handbag perfectly. Good value for money and easy to use .

Serves the purpose!
The media could not be loaded. Great quality journal that I use for my yoga studies. I purchased some stickers to make it easy to spot and not have to wonder if that’s the yoga journal, but this wasn’t hard as the cover is very neat and smooth so the stickers stay on very well. Good quality paper, it’s handy and the ring binder is a sturdy piece of work that doesn’t bend easily so my journal notes are safe.
