Perfect information and very easy exercises to do on a daily basis. Highly recommend this book for those wanting to learn more about Archangels

Be careful what you order, it may not be what you recieve
There are 3 options for this book: kindle, paperback and spiral bound. I ordered the spiral bound as it was a workbook and this would make it easier to work with. What arrived was paperback. The much cheaper version. I've returned it and will just buy the kindle version and use a notebook.
