Loved the first one so much i got a second one. Love the pockets! Waist runs a bit small. I usually wear a small or medium. Went with the medium based on other reviews. Waist band is not super stretchy. Makes for a nice, crisp fit in the waist and holds a tucked shirt nicely. But if you tend to be bigger around the middle may want to order a size larger than you usually wear... plan to pair with heels for business professional and wedge flats for a more casual look. Material is kind of heavy but also makes for a more professional look.

Be warned that the slip inside has no elasticity to it and there is no zipper. I can barely pull it up past my hips but once I do it fits perfectly. (I'm 5'6 about 140 pounds and I bought a medium)
