Very good.Buy a bit longer than you need as we bought one before the exact measurements and it ripped where it joins the tap.This 1 a bit longer is perfect

It arrived very quickly and looked good quality. However, it didn't expand as promised and the connection to the spray-head was a bit leaking. I wanted to return it, but then I played about a bit and realised how to make it work perfectly. This is what you should do at the first use.Close the spray-head and open the tab first - the hose will fill and expand just a bit (not to full length as promised)Then stretch the hose manually with your hand (this will now be very close to the promised length)Open the spray-head and water.When you finished, turn the tap off first, and let the remaining water escape - the hose will retract.From then onwards, the hose will expand mostly on its own each time you use it, and you can stretch during watering, if needed.But make sure each time you start - close the pray-head first until it fully expanded and close the tap first when finishing it.The leaky connection to the spry-head was fixed by wrapping a bit of the included plumber's tape over the spray-head connection and then inserting it in the connector.So far it worked very well, is lightweight and ideal for the terrace area. I have not tested it on rough terrain, but it has made watering a joy without tangles or tripping over the curled up hose.I gave it four stars, because the instructions weren't addressing the issue of not expanding and the holder is a bit flimsy, as it is plastic.

Very good quality hose, completely no leaks! Good value for money!

I have used it quite a lot, I find it brilliant , much better than those hard rubber ones, so light and many different settings, I’ve got a very long garden, and couldn’t be anymore pleased with it, has it is a pleasure to use, I would recommend to anyone, especially if you love gardening, no damage to plants has you work your way up a very winding path, 10 out of 10 performance and expansion fabulous.

Good product

The hose part is still fine but the shower gun has broken. It started leaking badly from the bottom of the gun and when I tried to tighten it the bottom just fell off! I bought this less than a year ago. I bought another make of hose for another outside tap (in blue) and that hose broke but the shower gun is fine - the two parts are not compatible though so now I have two useless pieces of equipment !!

I ordered it in the morning and early evening it was delivered.The hose looked smaller than the one I already had, but,when it started filling up it just kept growing,it's well made a lot better than my old flexible hose and hopefully the metal fittings won't leak,once emptied it shrinks down and is easy to store away.All in all great service easy to use and does the job.
