Review: These are sturdy blades - When I first saw these, I thought they might be cute looking but not much else. When I received them, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the blades are a good 3/32" thick. Not the paper thin little cheese spreaders you often see. You wont bend these very easily even if you try. These are really very well made, real wood on the handles, good strong rivets. The blades are not especially sharp, but sharp enough to give you cut if you tried, and I am sure they can be sharpened to a very good edge. I would not expect them to hold an edge like a good carbon steel blade, but that is not what I was looking for. Bottom line, they really are cute, and they are strong and well made. Get a few, you won't be disapointed.

When I first saw these, I thought they might be cute looking but not much else. When I received them, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the blades are a good 3/32" thick.
