Tsubo Women's Roana Flat

I researched this shoe quite a bit for an upcoming trip to Europe. The are very cute. I decided to start wearing them now to break them in prior to the trip. 8 1/2, my usual size, was too small, so I ordered a nine. Initially, the felt fine, but as I wore them, they seemed to get wider, (not in the toe area), and slip off my heel. The back area also digs into the back of my ankle. I was able to find some pads for the ankle area but they will need to be trimmed due to the cut out designs. I have two tiny cuts in the back of my ankles from one day's wear of these shoes. So, though they are attractive, they have not been comfortable and are not a good choice for many hours of walking. I would return them if I could.

I love Tsubo and when I found these... I HAD.TO.HAVE! I most always wear 8.5 in Tsubo and found the 8.5 to be PERFECT, true to size. I ordered 2 pairs - Orange and Green. VERY versatile and can be worn EVERY single day with ANYTHING...really! Dress up or dress down, doesn't matter. They will look STUNNING, always! Nothing like buttery REAL leather all over your feet... Thanks TSUBO!

I ordered these shoes in orange on a whim with a few other pairs from more well known brands like Hush Puppies. The Tsubo are MORE comfortable than the Hush Puppies I bought and almost feel like I am wearing a walking shoe rather than a cute flat. Totally worth the money. I gave this shoe 4 stars rather than 5 because the color is more orange than red orange as the image depicts.

I was excited to receive my package today but Whoa! TOO BIG. I bought the exact same pair - brand, style, size...the lot, a couple of years ago and have worn them a lot but these new ones are at least TWO sizes too large. I cannot wear these at all as my feet won't stay inside them. I live in New Zealand so what are the chances that I can replace these without incurring substantial cost of shipping. Severely Disappointed. What is Tsubo doing selling shoes that don't conform to a consistent size? This is outrageous! I note that Zero Stars isn't available as an option.Boo.

very cute flat, and loved the sale price for the green pair. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I tried them on, and they were waaaaaaaay too small. Upon further inspection, found that the shoes that were shipped to me were a size and a half smaller than what was marked on the box. Bah! Bummer.

Admired these on the Nordstrom website, however, the local store did not carry them. Another local shoe store carried them and I was able to try them on for size. True fit and comfortable, as I plan on wearing them for travel. Indigo color suits the need for all year round wear.

True to size, enough support - wore all day and into the night without break in. No rubbing or blisters or sore feet. received compliments from men and women alike! Had to get another pair as they are some of the best Tsubo shoes yet - and I have over 30 pairs!

I had to return these shoes because they run small and the larger size wasn't available. I ordered an 8.5 -- I'm almost always an 8.5 but sometimes an 8 or 9. I have three other pairs of Tsubos in 8.5 that fit perfectly, so the sizing is off on these.The fire/orange color was nice, and the shoes were built well, but I just wasn't going to do that to my toes.
