Triad Merrick Machine Auto Dolly Heavy Duty 8"x16", Set of 4 (M998046)

First of all such a low rating because the company has blown me off for 3 weeks getting me an authorization to mail back these dollies that don't move my object on my garage floor. They are "heavy duty" because they should move my 6700lb. boat around my garage. They are advertised to move 10,000lbs. They don't. So, they have a great concept here if it did the job. Believe me I don't enjoy forking out the cash to mail back this 60lb. package either. You know refund less shipping back. If the steel mill paid more it would be cheaper for these to go there. Again a low rating for stalled customer service. Amazon wants their feedback and I waited long enough.
