Look closely at the screw that secures this in your drill chuck -- It has left-hand threads. That's actually well thought-out, to keep the screw from backing out as you drill, but you sure don't see left-hand threads very often. For people like me they should put a little sticker on there that says "Look dummy! Left-hand threads!"
