The Flavor Apprentice Professional Food Flavorings (15 ml/ 0.5 oz) Marshmallow

I purchased three flavors from TFA: Strawberries & Cream, Berry Cereal, and Banana Nut Bread. I tried each of them by adding a couple of drops to glasses of milk sweetened with a bit of Truvia. No matter what you're using the flavorings for, you'll want to start light because a little goes a LONG way and if you add too much it will taste like burning. Also, the bottles don't come with droppers so I recommend buying small plastic dropper bottles (I use 10ml) which you can find on Amazon for cheap.Strawberries & Cream is my favorite of the flavors that I bought; it has a nice, mellow and creamy strawberry taste -- as the name implies, haha. Not much to say, but I really like this one.Berry Cereal is a very close second favorite; the milk tasted as if I had just eaten a bowl of Berry Berry Kix cereal. That may sound gross to people who don't like to drink the milk when they're done with their cereal, but as a kid that liked the "cereal milk" more than actually eating the cereal itself, I think this is great.Banana Nut Bread was the only one that didn't really live up to expectations; the banana flavor is there but it's followed by an unexpected coconut flavor? At least, it tastes coconut-y to me. I don't think I'll be buying that one again.Overall, I liked these flavors and plan on trying other TFA flavors for dessert making and flavoring drinks.

Im a pro am homebrewer and i decided i wanted to make a cheesecake blonde ale for my girlfriend.I ended up using 1 1/2 bottles of this cheesecake extract for a 5gall batch.it came out awesome. i was hesitant about what the bottle label was stating if it was cheesecake flavor orgraham cracker...in the end after taste test it came out like a vanilla graham cracker blonde ale. no cheesecaketaste was detected but the beer was delicious regardless.I would definitely use it again. 4 start because the label was misleading for me personally. i would of like to taste more cream cheese than graham cracker.

I make my own juice for vaping and have tried a lot of different flavours. These are wonderful.I’ve used all of the milk, vanilla, cream, fruit, etc flavours. I do wish they had a graham cracker one but haven’t found it yet.My only complaint and it’s a big one, is that they don’t sell larger sizes on Amazon. Please fix that. Soon.Most folks that mix their own juice know about TFA, but I’m also sure they’re equally good for food flavouring. But that size issue comes up there, too.I hope this is helpful to someone.

This flavoring didn't smell like apple to me and my brave (stupid) nephew and brother who tasted it out of the bottle didn't taste apple at all so was a little concerned. However I was experimenting with a bill amount of cinnamon oatmeal we had and wanted to try apple pie oatmeal cream pies. So the cookie was flavored with the cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice and the cream had the apple pie flavoring mixed in. Definitely tasted like Apple pie to me and was delicious. Will definitely make again. Only down side was the first 2 attempts didn't work out well so already almost used the bottle

I actually don’t write many reviews good or bad, BUT I have a slight obsession with scents/smells...and this here... OMG! I’ve bought the marshmallow flavor and will be purchasing more/different. Big shout out to the seller. I do wish it came with a dropper or one built in (only bc I use it with lip oils) p.s. came 4 days early!!

smells great, very strawberry like. Only giving this a 4 because I just can't get a good flavor out of it at all. I tried doing various, super accurately measured amounts, with and without a sweetener, and just cant get a good flavor. Everyone says I smell like strawberry taffy though, which rules.

And theyre still amazing. Very nice people, very good products, and its always a treat to get something in the mail from them. I do wish there were slightly larger sizes but otherwise I'm happy as can be

I have been looking for fruit syrups for ages to add to soda, but they're all extremely expensive for what is mostly corn syrup. I bought 5 different bottles from this seller and after a year I'm only through half of the stuff. Now I don't even add sweetener; 5ml of this and some carbonated water gets you a liter of homemade La Croix (and it tastes better).
