Great product. This is not a cheap product found on supermarket shelves. It is unprocessed, the way a real honey supposed to be.It will thicken, it won't be of even consistency, and it has a specific strong aroma, contributed by wildflowers and buckwheat flowers.The difference between this honey and supermarket honey is like between properly prepared espresso and drip coffee made from inexpensive mix. If you like real unprocessed honey - you will like this product. But someone who only used to supermarket 'standardized' honey - may not like it. I suggest that if you never tried raw unprocessed honey before - get a small quantity from a reputable beekeeper to try it first.I put 4 star, not 5 star not because of the product quality, but because of packaging/delivery issue: I've ordered product 4 times - twice the package came with honey leaking inside of the package. Need to put some extra padding to protect the package - maybe 'sealed air', or something like that.
