Had promise, but did not deliver.
We have tried multiple bark collars for our two Labs and two rescue Pugs. The ICONWORD6 collar was ordered for a male Pug that really likes to bark at the slightest thing. We have tried verbal feedback to no avail, so we went through collars from Amazon vendors. Most were odd brands like this model, that were claimed to work. This model appeared to have the features we wanted, rechargeable with multiple levels of correction before applying a shock. I am not fond of zapping any animal, so this seemed a great design.Unfortunately, this collar only worked sporadically at best, even after the instructions were followed. The collar would activate when other dogs would bark, which is to be expected to some degree. It would also not activate when our dog barked, or intermittently at best. Unfortunately, the box was mistakenly placed in recycling so it could not be returned (and the return date is now passed).I cannot recommend this collar. I suggest the more pricey, but reliable Sportdog 10R model SportDOG Brand NoBark 10R Rechargeable Bark Control Collar , which is also rechargeable and has an active design that works. Unless run through the washing machine...Sorry ICONWORD6, but I do not recommend your product.

Finally, a bark collar that WORKS!
My Dogs:A: 45 pound shepherd/beagle(?) mixB: 16 pound chiweenieDog B barks at nothing, once, then Dog A will bark her head off at Dog B, so Dog B starts barking at Dog A, etc. And this is with expensive, name brand bark collars (with proprietary batteries!). Problem is it didn't seem to pick up their barks very often. So I bought two of these Iconword6 Bark Collars, despite the apparent lack of genuine reviews, for less than the price of one of those old ones. Similar designs had good reviews, and this one added USB rechargeable batteries, so I went for it.Review:Bottom line: It works for us!Fit: This collar comes with a very (VERY) long collar. I forgot to measure it before we cut it to fit (you're supposed to do that, btw), but it will probably fit dogs with neck circumferences from 6 to 20 inches. It might not fit one of those teacup sized dogs, just because of the actual bark collar part. By the way, the pictures on Amazon, at this time, show two different collar types. The one included is the leather-like one, not the woven one. I wish it has the quick disconnects like on the woven one, but it has the standard belt/collar buckle.Function: Two sizes of electrodes are included. I used the shorter ones for whatever reason. The level settings also seems to set sensitivity (I could be wrong), so Dog A needs it at 2 or 3, while Dog B, with a shriller bark, can be at 1. First warning is an audible buzz (from a speaker, there is no vibration). Second warning is a longer one. Third time is a long buzz followed by a shock. It says it will sleep for a minute if they keep barking, to give them a break. Actually, after the first buzz, they tend to really quiet down, barking softly, or only once in a while, if agitated. It is clear from their behavior, though, that if there were an intruder, for example, they would still bark as loud and long as they could. Also, they tend to shake the collar off to the side of their necks, which is why the old one wouldn't work. This one still seems to work fine in that situation.Battery: So far, so good. I haven't HAD to recharge it, after a few days of use, but I gave it a go anyway since things usually don't ship fully charged. No idea how long it will last, but at least several days, so far. It has a standard micro USB port (like on Android phones), covered by a rubber flap, and includes a charger and short cable.Concerns: The shock on the third response can make Dog A yelp loud and long (exactly her response with the previous collar she had), and it can pick that up as a bark and move on to response four, five, six, and seven, then she gets a break. Poor girl, but it is rare. I would prefer a longer delay between responses, but as effective as this collar is, I will take it as is.

it went back...
I returned this item as it didn't have a clear indicator of power on/off. It did test my dog's bark but with no way to tell when it's on or off, it's a deal breaker. The directions for this device weren't very clear either, it's as if they used Google Translate to write them from another language.

Eased us into it
Changing my bad rating to a good one. I feel terrible for pre-judging, but I really didn't think it was going to work at first! We tested many methods and eventually just put it on the dog and after a while it started working! He's only had it on an hour or two and the fear of the noise alone is enough to make him not want to bark. Which is good because he hasn't barked more than twice in a row so he hasn't been shocked. Anyway, it's definitely doing its job!

IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!
I hardly ever write reviews, but felt I had to share with others just how bad this collar is! I read the directions very carefully and put the collar on our dog just as instructed. Every time our dog yawned or even just moved her head too fast the collar went off. My husband then read the directions and we tried again, but got the same results. We were worried that all the collars would be this horrible, but finally took a chance and bought another no bark collar on Amazon. We used it today and it's GREAT!! Our dog is already barking a lot less (there are 3 settings and we're using the second setting, we got the SportDOG 10R No Bark, we heard the Dogtra collar is a good one too). Videos are posted on youtube about this collar and they were VERY helpful (instead of just relying on the little instruction booklet).
