A little pricey, but good quality and looks wonderful on our pool deck. Easy to put together.

This is my 3rd one. It looks so good on the deck. The clock side is accurate to the minute. The weather side is not accurate at all. (That is why I have tried three times.) The base needs to be a little wider and heavier--they will blow over. Would I try for a fourth? Maybe.

Arrived as promised and was easy to assemble! Looks great in the garden and has withstood weather great! Love this item in the backyard and the hummingbirds seem to love it too!

This product fits the spot I have it in perfectly. Looks wonderful. Just not sure how to attach it to out concrete pad. Was not familiar with the bolts. Will have to get help with that, otherwise easy to assemble.

This product was damaged from the beginning and not well constructed especially for the price. Ball was damaged but replaced immediately. Base would never tighten down. Figured we could stabilize it once the plant was in place (NOT). Made it work by propping it against the deck railing until today when we moved it to clean the deck. It appears that it had been glued to the bolt where the plastic of the base was cracked/broken. Too late for a refund, hoping seller makes it right.

Love this clock!!!!! Looks much better than picture. We purchased for outside by swimming pool in a screened enclosure and it really looks perfect. So far has kept accurate time and temperatures.

Amazon description says cast aluminum, but all visible external parts appear to be stamped steel or cast iron. A magnet is strongly attracted to every external part, seemingly confirming the misinformation in the description. One review says the clock begins rusting quickly, and I would be surprised if it didn't in my climate outdoors. The attractive hangars are cast iron. A weight in the base is plastic apparently filled with a heavy cement-like material; the visible base is a stamped-steel cover. Assembly is straightforward, though following the instructions is not possible as the top bracket must be installed before the lower bracket - an allen screw is covered by the lower bracket. The part of the upper hanger to which the clock affixes is not vertical, not parallel with the post. I used a plastic shim to reduce the misalignment somewhat. It would appear this is a consistent feature, as I've handled 2 of these clocks this week and both had the defect. Both clocks arrived inoperative; the first was returned to Amazon (quickly and easily, UPS came to my door to pick up the first defective clock). I tried several fresh batteries and couldn't get the clock to move. The barometer could not be set over 29.5 inches of mercury though local conditions were 30.5 at the time.The second clock did not work either, but the barometer could be set properly. Bravely, I investigated the cause of the malfunction. Seven screws hold the two halves of the clock together, and inside is a small (very cheap-looking) plastic clock mechanism with space for a battery. Wires extend to the external battery compartment, and those wires tested with no continuity. Placing a battery in the internal compartment immediately activated the clock. I repaired the wires and now the external compartment functions.This is a cheap clock, made in China, with seeming poor quality control and lax design. I would recommend this clock only to those who 1) feel lucky or enjoy living dangerously and 2) have a modicum of skills in light repair tasks.The box reads: "Outdoor expressions, Model GA155-07, Easy to Assemble, Weather resistant metal construction, rust finish, Tempered glass face". We're going to try this repaired and tweaked example outside, but I don't have a feeling of great confidence.

Very happy with the quality! It actually looks better in person than the picture. Very very pleased with this product.
