pros:- added usb ports work with external hd, usb stick, and charging usb devices (only tried controller and phone).- the cooling definitly works well.- the material in the fan seems to be same plastic as the xbox w/same design. build quality looks good so far (only had it a day)- slim design sits right on top.cons:- doesn't power on by itself- it is a bit loud like a small 5" clip on shelf fan- the plastic for the vertical stand doesn't seem very sturdy.- wish it had more than one 3.0 usb port but now im being nit picky lol.Now saying that, this is only $30 bucks and the cooling and 4 usb (one 3.0 and three 2.0) added ports are worth it. even tho i put cons that i noticed, i wasnt going to use vertical stand, inwasnt expecting a noiseless fan for the price abd i unfortunately have an xbox one S with loud fan bearings out of the box. finally, in other comments, i was aware that it didn't power on by itself. i still give this 5/5 stars for $30. does exactly what the description offers!would recommend for the price and quality!

I’m very happy with this one. I bought it to use in conjunction with another fan too.The USB ports light up a green led near the in switch to let you know there’s power to them when charging other items. I love that there’s so many ports!!The fan itself is not too loud and definitely pushes hot air up out of the console.The stand itself is SUPER snug on the console. I’m keeping mine flat still instead of vertical. (I’m always worried about my pesky cat knocking it over) The lip on the edge that stabilizes the console is extremely limiting to where I can place it. Now it’s on the edge of my entertainment stand so that the machine lays flat.Now I need to find something to stick under there so it’s not in such a precarious position.... wish it came in other colors!! :)

I've only had the product for a relatively short period of time but am impressed considering the price. It matches up with the standard white Xbox well. The fan can be heard but is not obnoxiously loud and the USB ports are a nice expansion to the existing system. My only gripe is the unnecessary lip that can be seen on the black base. This is no issue whatsoever if you're standing the system upright/vertically but is annoying if you decide to lay it flat. However, it's advertised as a vertical stand so I can't be too picky with it.

This works great, and the only negative I have for this is you have to turn it on and off. But that's not a big deal hence the 5 stars. In my game room it gets hot during the day here in Phoenix, AZ. and the stand with the fan really keeps the new xbox nice and cool. I haven't tried any of the usb ports so I can't say much about them. I just wanted to keep the xbox cool and out of the way.

Cooling fan works great and snaps together and fits perfect. I wish it had a sensor that detected the temperature and turned itself on and off like my other fan but other than that it works great and has 3 USB ports.

I wish this came in black instead of just white. But this works great. It is kind of noticeable due to it being white and my Xbox is black.I have my Xbox flat and noticed that it tend to start walking off. I used small pieces of Velcro in the corner so it can be removed for cleaning. You will notice that it collects a lot of dust. This fan works better then expected, no more over heating.

I'll see about changing my review after giving it a second go, but the box I received obviously had been opened and repacked, I thought it was just because the box had been damaged, so I went ahead and opened it. The product looked fine but the manual that is stated to be included was not, and when I hooked up the fan.... Nothing.Basically I got a product that had already been returned once because it didn't work and they tried to resell it. If you buy this and the box looks iffy at all save your time and just return it.Edit:. I didn't return it by the deadline, so I popped it open, one of the wires to the fan was not connected. I was able to fix it myself and it works, easy for the end user to fix I suppose. Still, I would avoid it.

It's an Okay device but the vertical stand isn't secure and makes it very easy to be tipped over by a child or dog tail. Doesn't attach when horizontal and looks odd. If you use a device that pulls additional power from the USB 3.0 port, the fan never turns off and you must unplug it every time.
