Good customer service That helped me straighten out an issue I had. The watch is a bit more flimsy than I'm used to. I normally wear citizen, bulova, or for my every day watch - Kenneth kole. Wanted a watch with a white face and didn't want to pay big bucks this time.The hands didn't line up correctly on the stop watch and the movement didn't seem to be quite on point but after a little tinkering around - I got it figured out and I even got a compliment on it. I work with people who handle high end jewelry and had a jeweler compliment it.Bottom line - if you're willing to tinker with it if it's not lined up 100% then it definitely has a good look to it and will wow people.
