Joybies Leopard Small Cat Piddle Pants (for Cats Measuring 13-15 Inches Collar to Tail Base)

I recently bought the leopard Joybies and measured my cat carefully per their instructions. Unfortunately, if your cat comes in one of those in between sizes like mine at 15 inches, your purchase may be too small for your pet. I was one of those. I too was almost dissuaded from buying because of the reviewer who mentioned a 5-week delivery delay. I thought maybe that was just an anomaly, but it turns out that's how long it took for mine to arrive too. But since I couldn't seem to find anything else like it out there, I went ahead with my purchase. I was using a Velcro diaper cover called Pawty's meant to hold the diaper on, but it can often slip off. My intention was to use the Joybies to supplement it to make sure it stayed on through the night. It is cute and pretty well made but was constrictive in the neck area for my cat's measurement being an in between size. I contacted the seller who BTW was very responsive. We discussed options, but I dreaded an exchange because of the shipping delay. It was torture waiting for the first one to arrive and the idea of waiting again was not appealing. When you pet is peeing all over the house, 5 weeks is eternity. I told them I would just suck it up and make the modifications myself to elongate the neck area for her comfort. I forgot all about it and didn't check my email for several days and image my surprise when they reached back out to me asking if they could send the next size up to me as a gift! I was amazed and of course accepted their generous offer. It may take a while, but overall I think you would be happy with the product and the seller knowing that they will take care of you. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. On a separate note, I can honestly say that their product contributed to saving my cat's life because without products like these, I would have had to put my cat down. The idiots I rescued her from declawed her so she can't be left outside. She's 18-19 years old but still very healthy and mobile so it would be a shame if I had to do that. So Joybies helped make that possible and for that alone, I thank them. I'll update my review when the larger size arrives.

Joybies Leopard Small Cat Piddle Pants (for Cats Measuring 13-15 Inches Collar to Tail Base) I suppose I should start with the main problem everyone has - the time it to for delivery. The order was placed January 7 with an estimated ship date of February 1-28 and after reading the reviews, I made arrangements for this time frame. The date changed to February 10-28, then by February 28. The afternoon of February 28, I write the seller asking if there was an update - "No thank you" was the only thing I got back. Not "I'm sorry and thank you for your patience" or anything to imply they actually gave a crap about their customers.Fine, no biggie, takes a lot more than that to rattle me. THEN I finally get my package and my 8 year old daughter could have done a better job than what I received blindfolded and with her hands tied behind her back. Pretty sure this dumb-a$$ was watching soaps eating bon-bons WHILE sewing this piece of fabric - actually, I'm surprised there's no blood on it!! CRAZY crooked stitching, missed spots, uncut left-overs, uneven fabric - it's nuts how bad it looks for the $ she charges (maybe a he? maybe a he/she? who knows) Don't believe me, see pics attached.Word to the wise - whether you are a seasoned seamstress or a blind, two fingered bum, YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER OF A JOB THAN THIS!!!!

Cat currently can't be on furniture or carpet without soiling, she still is desperate to be part of the family though. This is the current solution. Works and fits surprisingly well. Quality made item. First time putting it on the cat was a bit of a challenge. We gave lots of praise and high value food then ignored her while she got used to it. It took a bit. Next time was a bit easier, same routine. By the third time she knew it meant time with the family and sat willingly while I put it on and trotted around like it was nothing. Really not as bad as I thought. Thanks for offering this household a solution.

This product along with the liners is a great concept! Unfortunately, due to the way the leg holes in this product are made, they prevent my crippled cat from moving her back legs enough to propel herself forward. This product would be perfect if her deformities were not what they are. I highly recommend this product with the pads for dogs or cats that are not deformed the way my cat is! This company was also very gracious in accepting the products back for a refund. I will attempt again down the road to try my cat in this product again!

These piddle pads are an absolute life saver. Thank you for providing a product that makes it so my kitty can live indoors all the time.
