This item works well while it’s working, I plugged it in and the zapping began a week later it stopped working and has not worked since,

Did not work like it said it would did not trap any mosquitoes at all do not buy

We've owned the Lanpuly for well over a year and could not be more pleased with its well-engineered performance. The bug zapper worked well for about 2 months, after that the blue light wouldn't turn on. I contacted Customer Service and they sent out a replacement within 2-3 days after. Awesome customer service! I won't need to use it again until next summer, I'm hoping there won't be any issues then, as it has been the best zapper for mosquitos.

Works as described. I can hear the zapping of the insects.It is very bright , This can be very distracting

I've bought 3 of these and they all stopped working after a few weeks. The product works great when first bought but just stops working after a few weeks. It doesn't power on anymore. I've searched for replacement bulbs but cannot find any matches. Not worth the money

I have had this bug zapper plugged in around the clock for several days in a small room filled with mosquitoes and nats. it has not zapped a single bug. it is very easy to clean this zapper because after days of using it there is nothing to clean!!! complete waste of money!!!!

Very disappointed in the Zapper, lamp died after 4 months of use.
