Wexel Art 15x21-Inch Double Panel Grade Acrylic Floating Frame with Silver Hardware for, 11x17-Inch Art & Photos

We really like this frame. We bought it because we really like the look. Previously, we had another piece of artwork that we brought to a local frame shop and wanted a similar frame. They did a beautiful job framing it - exactly the same size - for about $300.This unit came beautifully packed, the frame was fully covered in sticky-backed paper/plastic for protection - great.This frame is great. Mounting was easy, it came with all required hardware - all I needed was a drill & bit and a quality spirit level. Fantastic results!

Although the optical quality of the acrylics are crisp and clear; somehow, the 2 pieces of acrylics are not clamping down my photo flat. I see certain areas that are not flat and it is clearly revealed by accent lighting. At this price, I do not expect such issues.This may not be an issue for smaller size photos but for the 36x24 size, it is not able to clamp it down flat.Wished that it were flatter and this would be a perfect framing solution.

Bought for wife’s birthday in early June. Finally got around to installing in late July (after Amazon return eligibility period). Welp... the screws won’t grab the anchor and secure to the metal tube part to the wall. Am installing on dry wall. To boot- the corner of the acrylic frame is cracked off competely.Will contact the company for resolution with install difficulty and the fact that Amazon delivered damaged. Our fault for not attempting this prior to 30 days but not our fault on the delivery damage and the lack of a secure install to wall.Will update accordingly...

Expensive for what it is, but almost all like frames are. Be careful when you mount that the holes you drill are as close to perfect perpendicular with the wall. The pegs stick out farther than I would have liked, 1.25" before you get to the plexiglass... so it makes any mistake in the drill hole exacerbate. I was installing into cinderblock with is difficult to get a precise drill hole pending you bit quality and the cinder block quality, but it works for our needs. Drywall would be a no brainer.

It’s a good look but requires 2 people because you have to hold the plexiglass together with art inside as you screw in the top piece for each post.I installed myself and am very handy. Impossible to keep artwork centered as I screwed in each corner. So, I had to adjust the illustration post install, using a tweezers which scratched the plexi...Also note that the gold is that very yellow gold that is more popular in Asia. I happen to like that but N Americans might mot expect it. Overall, it looks alright. I like that it doesn’t detract from the art. Just not sure it’s worth the money.

These frames look so chic and professional once installed. The instructions and template were fantastic, I got these items hung exactly on the first try with no undue frustration. Photo corners are a must to securely hold prints in place, I used clear and they are virtually unnoticeable in the final product. My only caution is that you will need a thin screwdriver to fit into the barrel of the standoff during installation.

Frame is contemporary, very nice for displaying a poster. The hardware provided, however, is pure crap. The screws (very small head to fit into the mounting cylinder) are extremely soft a.k.a. useless. The anchors provided for the screws collapsed before getting 6mm into the wall (yes, I drilled pilot holes). Very poor experience. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, bought several of these, but one turned out scratched. The scratch is visible where you can see it, oh well. Very expensive item and I think I waited to late to return because return is not an option, just Archive. Lesson learned, open items right away and don't let them sit. As far as product, I bought four of them and the other ones seem to be working out and are on the wall. They are sleek looking and I get lots of compliments.

Like the overall look - modern design.Dislike the large gap between corner plugs/screws. Doesn’t secure tightly in centre 3/4 of frame. Only tight closure about 2” from screw, as seen in my picture taken from side of frame.
