This pillow was a gift for a friend who loves a good, firm pillow. While I suspect he might be just as happy to sleep using a wooden board, he said that he loves this thing when he folds it to keep the fluffy material inside doubled up. If you don't want a pillow that could double as a doorstop, you'd probably be happy using it normally.

A little stiff. After 1 month still a little stiff. They do stay cool.

Not too thick. Doesn’t kink your neck. Soft without allowing your head to sink in too much. It almost has a gel like feel. It stays cool. I love this pillow.

I am very upset that I bought these pillows and I feel like since I have opened them and put them on my bed that I can't return them or I would. First of all, these pillows require you to put them in the drier when you first get them to "fluff" them and help them take shape after they have been "rolled and stored in a cold amazon warehouse". These "pillow instructions", however, are not stated on the product page. In fact, they're in an email from the company that you get shortly after they arrived so you aren't aware they these pillows come with "instructions" until you have already purchased them. Secondly, even after following the pillow fluffing directions these pillows are the most limp, ragity pillows I have ever bought. They're basically like the pillow that you've had for 5 years that's well past their time. You know, the ones that you originally bought these ones to replace. My advice is either to either buy your pillows in a physical store or do a little more research before you buy them on amazon.

Not very happy with this. It is not full enough. Wimpy. Definitely purchasing another brand, next time I purchase a pillow.

LOVE my pillows. I have spent more money on trying g to find a comfortable pillow that lets me rest at night and not have a neck or ear pain from being too hard. Just fluff this pillow and it is comfortable.

I bought 2 King Size a couple years ago, and can’t find them anymore! Pissed! Great pillows Don’t listen to “Rob” !
