**UPDATE** I have changed the rating on this product from 2 stars to 3 based completely on their customer service. When they read my initial review, they contacted me and offered to send me a new set of containers because the ones I received were defective. As much as I would like to say that the second set that they sent me were better, I can not. The packaging was better and none of the containers were actually cracker like the first set had been, but the rest of my review stands. I repeated the water test with this set and had the same results... water dripping out into the sink as well as across compartments within the container itself. They do microwave alright, thought I have not tried them with frozen food in them yet. Dishwasher should only be done on the top shelf. I haven't done any of my frozen meal making just yet, so I am still not certain on the freezing part, but, I will let you know.This is preliminary comment based on the containers I received today. I will be updating this comment once I have been able to use these containers in the freezer, microwave and dishwasher. So, I opened my package of containers to find several (5) of them cracked in one of the bottom corners. I am not certain if this happened at the warehouse or in transit, but somewhere along the way the containers were mishandled. The lids are a little difficult to work with and have slightly sharp edges and they are certainly NOT leak-proof (which has me more than a little concerned about the other claims that have been made about this product. (I tested the 'leak-proof' claim by filling 2 of the 3 compartments with water, sealing the lid carefully and then turning it on its side... which resulted in getting to watch water drip out from under the lid and into the sink as well as across compartments. This was very disappointing because I knew these were slightly too large to sit flat in my husband's lunchbox, but had they been leak-proof as stated, I could have turned them on their side. Based on both look and feel, the plastic is thinner than many other containers I have used, but until I get to actually put them to use in the freezer, microwave and dishwasher, I will not know if this is a drawback or not. The size, while disappointing that I can not use them for my husband's lunch, are suitable to the portion control meal creation that I am working on and if they freeze well, will allow me to make healthier meals for my son to keep in his fridge.

Perfect for my needs! Husband on a low carb diabetic diet and someone is cooking his meals for him. He stays on track this way. The containers are stable and I can pop into the microwave in a flash. Thank you so much for a great product!

Didn't come with dividing sections. Super bummed. Should spent more and gotten better ones that came as advertised
