My rating is based on the fit. We ordered the Large for our Golden Retriever after measuring him. The harness seems snug. It certainly is preferable to attaching a leash to the dog's collar, however. And, the handle in top will come in handy when our 9 year old dog has difficultiy getting up into the car.

Excellent purchase. Fits my American Bully dog (60 lbs) perfectly. Well made and sturdy.

Disappointed in the quality. The size wasn't exact so it was too small and my 8 month old lab broke the clips easily. Was hoping for something better
