Review: Great lock product. Even greater small business seller. - The first package of 2 small white cable locks sent by desertcart would not unlock at 0000 or any other combinations of numbers. So I wrote to the email address, info@urbanaugust.com, on the cardboard at the top of the soft bag package. To my pleasant surprise, the owner of the small family business selling the locks through desertcart responded to me almost immediately. After giving him some information, including coding numbers on a sticker attached to the package, he determined that the package I received from desertcart was not new. The locks had been returned to desertcart by a prior buyer who had opened but restapled closed the package to look new and unopened. The locks inside were stuck closed, having been changed to an unknown combination other than 0000. I told the seller I was leaving on a trip in just a few days and needed the locks to secure a medicine cabinet for safety because the person housesitting while I was gone has young children. He arranged to have a second package with new locks shipped to me by expedited means at no cost to me. The locks arrived less than 2 days after I contacted him. I am totally pleased with the locks. The soft white cover material blends with and protects my cabinets. The cable is thicker than most other locks this size. The instructions to change the combination from 0000 are easy to follow. The locks work great with my custom combination. The cables secure my medicine cabinets perfectly. This sell represents the highest level of honesty and integrity and deserves being used by anyone needing the well-designed cable and other locks he sells.
