My cats love them and so does my dog.
I got these to use with my cats. The lasers work great. They do not come with batteries and require two AAA batteries per laser. Also, not only are they different colors (red, green, blue), the thickness of each laser is different as well. The red laser pointer is just like any other red laser pointer. The green one's laser has a bigger diameter than the blue or red one, and the blue one is faint and not as easy for my cats to see. Overall they are nice and I am happy with my purchase.

Disappointed - go with a different brand!!
The media could not be loaded. The package includes 3 pointers in different colors—red, green, and violet. The idea seemed promising as I’ve used laser pointers before with great success, and my cat loves chasing the light. However, this set did not work!My Experience:• Green Pointer: This one was a complete disappointment—it didn’t even work out of the box. It died immediately, which was frustrating.• Violet Pointer: The violet light is so faint that it’s barely visible, even in dim lighting. It’s practically useless.• Red Pointer: The red light is slightly better but only works effectively in a very dark room. Even then, the laser dot is so small that my cat struggles to see it, let alone chase it. Bummer!Pros and Cons:Pros:• The product was only $15.• It arrived quickly, which was convenient.Cons:• Poor quality across all three pointers.• The green pointer didn’t work at all.• The violet light is barely visible.• The red light only works in very dark conditions and the laser dot is too small for my cat to see.• The product didn’t come with batteries, which was an unexpected inconvenience. While I understand that this product was on the cheaper side, I still expected it to at least function as advertised. Unfortunately, it did not, and I was left quite unhappy with my purchase. My cat didn’t get to use it, and I ended up having to look for a replacement product elsewhere.Final Thoughts:I would not recommend this product if you’re looking for a reliable and fun laser pointer for your pets. The quality just isn’t there, and it doesn’t deliver on its promises. Spend a little more on a different brand’s product.

Great for dogs, too!
We use these to entertain our cockapoos. Had to have a replacement set sent, since some of switches didn't work properly.

2 work out of 3
Like others have posted, these are pretty good, when they work. One of the three did not work; and by swapping parts and using known good batteries, I figured out that it is actually one of the bottoms that does not work- all three lasers work fine. Considering the price and the hassle of returning, I decided to keep the set and just swap the laser ends to the 2 working barrel ends as needed. The green laser is very bright, and I would not play with a cat with it unless the cat was in the next county. It is perfect for my needs, however. I am a home inspector, and plan to use the green one outside when talking with a client about things on the roof, chimney, etc. where I can use the green laser to point at what I am talking about. The red laser was about as bright as you would expect- plenty strong. You would still need to be careful with it regarding eye damage to anyone, including pets. The "blue" was really more of a purple- and that's fine. It was the least bright, and I will give that to my kid for playing with the cat. Regarding the tightness of the beam on these, mine did not have any halo or dispersal like others have mentioned, but they are not quite as tightly focused as a higher priced laser sight or pointing device- I found that acceptable for its intended use. I did not find the laser suitable for "space exploration". LOL At the price point I can't complain. I would rather pay 3-4x as much for a true high-quality device with quality control and higher durability, but that is nearly impossible these days. We get barely functional, and we barely pay for it. The majority goes to the landfill in short order. Such is life in the 2000's...
