This is the best cookware I've ever used
What!?! Only five stars? This is the best cookware I've ever used! Light, easy to clean, and quite nice to look at. The down side? One has to follow the directions for care. If not, guess what? It doesn't work well. I have a set of cast iron that I love, and properly seasoned, won't stick, but it's heavy, and someday I may get old and find it a bit heavy. My Calphalon is also heavy, and definitely not naturally non-stick. I love my lighter Hamilton Beach stainless, but again, necessary to scrub usually. My Yoshi Blue Diamond is the perfect combination of all of the good qualities of the other cookware. My husband had brought home a skillet from an outlet store, but no care instructions, so it's a bit stained now, but the set I bought a couple of months ago has care instructions, so now all of my Yoshi Blues are in great working order. The diamond infused ceramic is very even heating, which I love. YES! It must be properly heated & re-oiled after each use, and I store it with a towel between the stacked pieces to prevent damage, just to be safe. NO! I cannot use my fave stainless spatula with this! Also, good sense dictates that I not cook with other metal objects. Low heat works best. I send the lids through the dishwasher but not the pots and pans, just to be safer.Bottom line? WONDERFUL, IF you are willing & able to READ & FOLLOW DIRECTONS! If not, you should just purchase something else, and leave these to those of us who will use them properly! Not only would I purchase it again, (although with proper care, I will probably never wear these out) but I want to try to find a medium saucepan- the only disadvantage of the set is that it has just large and small.

Best pan
I originally tried the Yoshi frying pan on a lark. It was in the As Seen on TV display and I liked the colour. After using it I bought a second-a just in case one to have stored in case something happened to my original. When I checked on Amazon I saw I could get a set. I like the set but would have liked the dutch oven to be a 2 quart pot instead of a dutch oven but the way it cooks is as good as the frying pan.

Not fantastic, but not a waste of money either.
Very good-looking in appearance. Good performance too on my gas burners. Maybe i didn't season the pans properly before use; I do get some staining and sticking sometimes. Once in a while cleanup takes a bit of elbow grease but it's never that hard. For the price I paid I'd purchase these again (or recommend them). I'd be mad if I'd paid more, though.

DO NOT BUY!!!!
Worst buying experience I have ever had with Amazon. Pans are cheaply made in China and very thin. The box arrived undamaged but as soon as we opened it we found the first lid we took out to have a broken knob due to being overtightened at the manufacturer. The internal threaded portion was shattered beyond repair. In an attempt to avoid returning the entire set, I sent a message describing the damage and requesting a replacement knob rather than returning the whole set. Amazon referred the request to the "AsSeenOnTVGuys" who are the sellers of this item. The next communication I got was a message from Amazon saying my request to return the damaged merchandise was cancelled by the purchaser. That thoroughly angered my since I had certainly not cancelled any request. I responded accordingly. That got a message from the seller that they couldn't provide the knob. So I requested an authorization to return the product entirely and abandon the purchase. This request was granted provided I paid the return postage and/or a 30% restocking fee.I have since purchased a set of four generic knobs for $4.00 to replace all of the knobs and given up on trying to get any satisfactory resolution to this miserable purchase. I am an Amazon Prime member and expected better than I got from this supplier or Amazon. I strongly suggest that anyone considering purchase of this product not do so. The product is inferior and the seller does not support their customer.

Yoshi Blue Cookware as seen on TV
Number one. It is of flimsy construction and has warped with extended use. Initial performance and of its super stick free performance was impressive. HOWEVER, the stick free feature is becoming less functional as time wears on. Certainly not a satisfactory product. It was a bad buy. I should have known better as it is typical as other crap sold on "TV".Within a year, this will be in the junk pile. I have purchased used pans in yard sales and thrift stores that are equal in overall performance.

Incredible Cookware!!!
My mother bought us a single frying pan of this set from Walmart some time back. I didn't even use it until recently, but once I did I became a believer... This cookware is simply amazing! I can cook anything I want in these pans without it sticking or burning! After a few uses my wife and I loved it so much we bought the whole set for Christmas. I can brown potatoes without the burning on the bottom of the pan like normal steel pans, I can cook butter, meat, eggs, even marshmallows and the cleanup is just as easy every time. I spend no more than a minute (usually 15 seconds) cleaning these pans after a meal. It's just that easy! I highly recommend this product to anyone who enjoys cooking. These will make your experience so much better, and the blue pans add some visual appeal to your masterpiece which is fun! 5 stars!!!

it is good. could be better. A little too lightweight. Sometimes it does stick. works best with a little oil.

Crepes made easy
These pans are amazing. Nothing sticks to them. To test them out, I made crepes with them -- something I've never made in my life, but something I knew was notoriously difficult to make. The thin, runny batter tends to stick to the pan and tear when being flipped. Usually one is left chiseling out a rapidly burning crepe from the pan.It was amazing to see my crepes slide around in the pan. Being inexperienced at making them, I had a lot of trouble trying to flip them. Often I wouldn't flip them well, and the crepe would land crumpled up on one side. However, these pans are so forgiving that I was able to simply straighten them out in the pan and cook them as if nothing went wrong. All my crepes came out perfect: thin, light, fluffy, and delicious, as if I made no mistakes at all. Complicated meals become more manageable such forgiving cookware.
