The intensity of the LED display (100Hz) automatically adapts to the surrounding light for optimal glow, and the battery, which lasts around 1 week (depending on usage), is fully charged via USB in 2 hours. There is also a motion sensor built in, allowing a simple flick of the wrist activating the display and level of movement adjusting the intensity of the vibrating alarm.
