It’s already stopped working. I’m not sure why as the little Qi connector that goes into the charging port on my iPhone 7 Plus is still fully intact. I take excellent care of my phone and I’m certain it never got wet. And if ever I needed to remove the case, I always did it very carefully. Another issue with this product is that, due to its design, Siri cannot hear voice commands. It always gets confused. The case causes muffling or some sort of interference with the microphone in the iPhone.
